Shoulder, neck and upper limb
- Neck and shoulder pain — usually from prolonged sitting, looking down, and chronic upper trapezius tension
- Frozen shoulder — restricted shoulder range, most common after age forty
- Cervicogenic headache and dizziness — originating in the cervical spine, not the head
- Tennis and golfer's elbow — repetitive strain inflammation of elbow tendons
- De Quervain's tenosynovitis — thumb-side tendon inflammation, common in new mothers and heavy phone users
- Trigger finger — flexor tendon catching, with a clicking sensation
- Carpal tunnel syndrome — nerve compression at the wrist causing numbness and tingling
- Shoulder tendonitis — tendon strain with pain on lifting
Back and nerve
- Low back pain — most often prolonged sitting and weak core; requires root-cause assessment
- Sciatica — lumbar nerve compression with pain radiating down the leg
- Disc herniation — disc pressing on a nerve, with numbness and pain
- Scoliosis — abnormal spinal curvature, common in teenagers and postural cases
- Muscle strain — acute overexertion; settle inflammation before restoring load
- Acute lumbar sprain — sudden onset; reduce pain first, then restore mobility
Lower limb and joints
- Knee pain — may be degeneration or imbalance in surrounding muscles
- Runner's knee — pain around the kneecap, common in runners
- Hip and knee arthritis — joint degeneration with stiffness on movement
- Plantar fasciitis — inflammation of the sole, worst on the first step in the morning
- Achilles tendonitis — heel tendon overuse, common in running and jumping sports
- Flat feet and high arches — arch structure affecting the body's whole alignment
- Ankle sprain — ligament injury requiring full rehabilitation to prevent recurrence
